Our normal support hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Central Time. In most instances, you can expect to receive a reply from a member of our team within one (1) business day or sooner. Tickets are responded to in the order they were received with priority given to clients on a regular monthly support plan with us.
